Buderim Automation – Testimonial – Craven

Buderim Automation : “Room Automation has an amazing talent of introducing the most modern and up-to-date automative AV systems,
but not before they have successfully and reliably been used elsewhere, and most importantly still
keeping our budget boundaries in check.

We first encountered Scott when we built in 2008 and then again when building our new home, which
was completed in Easter 2018.  On both occasions we have used Scott, he has always worked within
our time frames and we have witnessed first hand how he has an amazing knack of working
successfully with subcontractors like electricians, but firmly getting the best outcomes for us.

We’d recommend Scott and Room Automation to any future home builder or renovator looking
for the most reliable, cost effective and latest AV system.”  John and Lyndall Craven – Buderim Automation

One of our sub-contractors referred us to Room Automation (Scotty)
and it was one of the best referrals of our build.

As we were building our house from interstate, we were limited when we could meet Scotty onsite.

Room Automation and Scotty worked around us and from the get go, from our first meeting Scotty understood what we wanted.  Plus having the experience in the business, provided us ideas to “better and improve” our system throughout the house. When the system was being roughed in, all questions and concerns were handled over the phone and I can honestly say, it was the only section on our build that has not been stressful.

I cannot recommend Room Automation enough if your looking at implementing automation throughout your home or business. Service has been second to none, nothing has been an issue.  Even when there was a small “hiccup” from another service provider, Scotty went above and beyond what he was required too do and it all got sorted with a smile.

Thank you Scotty for all your help, you have been a blessing throughout this build!
